Cynthia Douglas Obituary

Cynthia Lorraine Douglas of Social Circle, passed away August 12, 2016, at the age of 62. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Lester Tate; and her parents, Luther Lee and Norma (Taylor) Stewart.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Amber and James Brown of Social Circle, Paije Dobynes of Oakland, CA; grandson, Jordan Davies; sister, Irene Stewart Carpenter and her husband, Gordon; nephews, Marques G. Stewart and Dolton Douglas, III.

There will be two Memorial Services for Mrs. Douglas. The first will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016, at Dally Chapel Baptist Church, 2pm, 4327 H. D. Atha Rd., Social Circle, GA 30025 with Pastor F. Jerome Smith, Sr. officiating.

The second will be held Saturday, September 17, 2016, at the House of Truth Church, 1pm, 8835 International Blvd., in Oakland, California, with Bishop William Spencer officiating.
