Aaron Corley

Aaron Corley of Covington, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at the age of 50. Affectionately known as "Hotrod", Aaron had a great sense of humor and believed in living life to the fullest. He loved swinging on the porch and drinking beer while listening to old country music. A devoted family man, Aaron enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, including his fur babies, Rambo and Elvis. Additionally, he was a devoted fan of professional wrestling. Aaron was preceded in death by his father, Artie Eugene Corley; and sister, Debra Taylor.

Survivors include his mother, Margaret Stephens of Porterdale; sisters and brother-in-law, Carol and Ben Matz, Kathy Bullard, Cheryl Carter, all of Covington, Linda Stinchcomb of Boaz, Al, Karen Corley, of Covington; brothers and sister-in-law, Pete and Dale Hilliard of Cross, SC, and David Roper of Porterdale; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 24, 2017, 3:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Robert Nash officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home, Sunday, April 23, 2017, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to help the family cover funeral expenses.
