Teresa Lane Vaughn

Teresa Lane Vaughn, Covington, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the age of 74. Ms. Vaughn was a member of Highpoint Baptist Church and retired from the State of Georgia. She was a woman of great faith who had a pure heart and a beautiful smile. Ms. Vaughn loved her family dearly and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Stephen Vaughn; parents, William Jonah and Jean Lane.

Survivors include her son, Bill Vaughn; grandchildren, Stephanie Vaughn, Malorie Little (Hunter), Rett Johnson; brother, Barry Lane (Jennie); special loved one, Holly Vaughn; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Graveside Service for Ms. Vaughn will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023, 2:30 P.M., at High Point Baptist Church Cemetery, 12025 Highway 36, in Covington, with Tony Compton officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family Prior to her service, Sunday, March 19, from  12:00 – 2:00 P.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington.
