Paul Tulbya

Paul Tulbya, of Conyers, passed away Friday, June 10, 2022, at the age of 30. Paul was baptized at Living Water Christian Church. He was a hardworking entrepreneur with a great business mindset. Paul enjoyed researching and learning new concepts regarding numbers or business. He valued creating relationships with others and appreciated having intelligent conversations with them. Paul was humble and caring; putting others first before himself. He strived to spread happiness anywhere he went. Paul served as a mentor to others and was like a brother to so many people throughout his life. In his free time, he was often found reading, traveling, being on the boat. Paul enjoyed spending time with his beloved nieces and nephews. He cherished his family dearly and having them close was of most importance to him. Paul loved philosophy very much, he would spend several hours every day just thinking. My mom says that he loved his parents very much and he made them his priority. May he rest in peace and not suffer anymore. My dad says he loved him very much and will always cherish him.

He is survived by his parents, Tamara and Mikhail Tulbya; sisters, Katrina Tulbya, Oksana Tulbya; brother, Vadim “V” Tulbya; nieces, Abigail Smith, Amelia Zaytsev; nephews, Jacob Smith, Isaac Zaytsev, Eli Zaytsev; and other loving family members.  

A Funeral Service for Paul will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022, 12:00 Noon, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday, June 13, 2022, from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.
