Joy Stephens Obituary

Joy Stephens, of Covington, passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at the age of 75. Mrs. Stephens was a member of Lupton Drive Baptist Church, in Chattanooga, TN. She enjoyed going to Gaithers concerts, traveling to Gatlinburg, TN, and celebrating her favorite holidays Halloween and Christmas. In addition, Mrs. Stephens also liked watching the Braves play, and watching the leaves change in the fall. She was a people person and loved her family and church family dearly and will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Stephens was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Inez Stephens; sister, Susan Burke.

Survivors include her daughter, Jill Davenport (Marshal); niece, Stacie Henry and her children.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
