David Earl Nicholson

David Earl Nicholson, of Mansfield, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2020, at the age of 65. David’s life was rooted in simplicity but richly rewarding for a man who believed in hard work and love of family. The quality time he spent with loved ones demonstrated his heart’s desire to be an attentive husband, father, and grandfather, and his hobbies - hunting and fishing - reflected his love of being outdoors. David was preceded in death by his son, Bradley Nicholson; mother, Joyce (Rudasill) Jones; father, Billy Nicholson; and brother, Daren Abreo.

The memory of David will remain close in the hearts of many, especially his wife of 36 years, Janice Nicholson; daughter and son-in-law, Sabrina and Blake Malcolm; sons and daughter-in-law, Nathan Nicholson, Joey and Shelby Nicholson; grandchildren, Bentley Malcolm, Sydney Malcolm, Chloe Nicholson, Owen Nicholson; brothers, Dennis Nicholson, Danny Nicholson, Donnie Abreo; as well as numerous and much-loved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
