Obituary

June 1, 2022, Charlene Trainer Moore passed away. She was born in Newton County in Covington, Georgia and dwelled at 403 Usher Street. Charlene Trainer was born March 11, 1935, was the daughter to Clarence E. Trainer and Mable R. Trainer. She had one sister Bobbi Jean Trainer Pignolet.

Charlene was married to Tom Moore, Sr., and they had two children, Tom Moore, Jr. and Stephen Moore. They each have children.

Tom and Ellen Moore have Shannon, married to Mark Hageli, one son, Thomas Jefferson (T.J.). Bobbi Moore, her sister married Benny Harte and they have two daughters, Anna, and Ava, those two are at the University of Georgia. Tom and Ellen now live in Park City, Utah

Stephen Moore has one son, Ethan Moore attending the last year at university of Seattle. Stephen resides at Poulsbo, Washington.

Bobbi Jean Pignolet, deceased was married to Paul Pignolet, also deceased. They had six children, Paula married to James Harwell had two children Collin and daughter. Elsie Jean now deceased had Allison, a graduate of the University of Georgia, now lives in Arizona.  Julia Lynn Pignolet had no children. John Pignolet had two children. Mark, Graduate of University of Georgia married to Jane Pignolet had no children.

Charlene Trainer Moore lived a bold life, moving many times, and travelling extensively. The Interment will take place at the Covington Cemetery on Saturday, June 4, 2022.

Governor Brian Kemp’s latest executive order has eliminated restrictions on large gatherings; however, CDC guidelines recommend social distancing (6 feet apart) and wearing of masks while in public. Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home requests that you observe these recommendations while in our funeral home attending visitations and/or services.
