Barbara Sue Reese Obituary

Barbara Sue Reese, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at the age of 66. Maw Maw was a one-of-a-kind woman. She was full of love and loved unconditionally. Even when she wasn’t at her best, she gave her best to her loved ones. She was funny and feisty. She lived life on her own terms. She loved animals and was very in tune with them. She loved the mountains and spending time outside. Spending time with her family was her top priority. In her free time, she loved TikTok, watching mukbangs, and Netflix. She believed in God and very much enjoyed her spiritual journey with crystals. But best of all, she was OUR MAW MAW

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Joe Reese; parents, George David and Callie Collier; sisters, Ruby Hartsfield, Virginia Whitlock, Margaret Collier, Dorothy Collier; and brothers, J.W. Collier, Joey Collier, Tommy Collier, James Collier.

Survivors include her son, Brian Reese (Cindy); grandchildren, Brian A. “Lee” Reese (Madi Prisok), Katelyn Reese, Micah Brown, Kenny Smith (Tiffany), Courtney Smith (Justin Lane), Cameron Spradling (Reagan Abbott); great-grandchildren, Myla Smith, Zell Lott, Lilah Spradling, Penelope Smith, Walker Reese, Bentley Tuggle; sisters, Mildred Jett, Liz Russey; brothers, Michael Collier (Tracy), David Collier; as well as several nieces and nephews.
