Atris Lee Printup

Atris Lee Printup, of Covington, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021, at the age of 91. Mrs. Printup was always found collecting recipes, watching cooking shows, and loved to cook. Additionally, she enjoyed watching the Braves play baseball and fishing. Mrs. Printup was a very loving and humble woman. She lived for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Printup was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Printup; daughter, Nina Printup; and parents, Carey and Vanilla Floyd.

She is survived by her children, Della Thompson, Terry Printup, and Stella Robinson.

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Printup will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021, 1:00 P.M., at Rainbow Covenant Ministries, 9 Hemlock Street, in Porterdale. Friends are invited to visit with the family at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, on Friday, November 12, 2021, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Governor Brian Kemp’s latest executive order has eliminated restrictions on large gatherings; however, CDC guidelines recommend social distancing (6 feet apart) and wearing of masks while in public.  Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home requests that you observe these recommendations while in our funeral home attending visitations and/or services.
