Tonia Penn

Tonia Penn, loving mother and sister, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020, at the age 54. She was preceded in death by her father, Wade W. Wilbanks; and sisters, Kathy Maxwell, Lisa Rebustillo.

Left to cherish Tonia’s memory is her former husband, Harold Penn; daughter, Victorie Penn; step-daughter, Lori Lubin; mother, Emoly (Atkinson) Wilbanks; sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Smitty Pace, Pat and Lamar Duren, Terri and Bug Davis; brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Nell Wilbanks; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Visitation for Tonia will be held at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, Monday, July 20, 2020, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.

Due to the current COVID-19, and coronavirus pandemic recommendations, we respectfully request the use of masks by all who are in attendance for visitation or service.
