Theresa Jean Payne, of Snellville, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the age of 70. Mrs. Payne passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and creativity. A devoted and loving mother, she found joy in caring for her family and treasured the time she spent with them. Gifted with a talent for art, she had a special ability to draw, expressing her creativity in ways that brought beauty to those around her. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, artistic gifts, and the love she shared so freely with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Barbara Payne.

Survivors include her son, Barret Teague; sister, Kay Faircloth (Charles); brothers, Markus Payne (Elizabeth), Johnathan Payne, Matthew Payne; as well as nieces and nephews.

Family will gather at a later date.
