Steve Ammons

Access RoadSteve Ammons of Covington, passed away April 14, 2012, at the age of 57. He was a fun, outgoing, loving man that everyone enjoyed being around. He never met a stranger. Steve enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and family. He was very passionate about his music; and loved playing the drums and fishing with his best friends. He will be missed, but never forgotten. Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Ammons of Conyers; grandchildren, Jackson Mahaffey and Madyson Mahaffey; sister, Jackie Hughes of Tennessee; brother, Kenneth Ammons of Covington; several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services for Steve will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2012, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Matt Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, prior to the service, from 12:30 - 2:00 PM. Flowers are accepted, or a love offering may be made to the family.
