Robert Allen Jacques

Robert Allen Jacques, Sr., of Covington, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the age of 77. Mr. Jacques was a hard worker and loved to tinker with things. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Braves, and the Bulldogs. In Mr. Jacques’ spare time, he liked traveling to the beach and especially enjoying the seafood while there. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. Mr. Jacques was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Clarence, Sr., and Annie Mae Slate. 

Survivors include his loving wife, Diane Jacques; sons, Bobby Jacques (Jessica), Jason Jacques, Craig Jacques; daughter, Alisha Jacques; grandchildren, Summer Jacques, Ariana Jacques, Jackosn Mahaffey, Madyson Mahaffey; and sisters, Eva Call, Colleen Slate. 

A Graveside Service for Mr. Jacques will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024, 2:00 P.M., at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington.
