Raul Padilla, Jr., of Loganville, passed away on September 9, 2026. Born in Del Rio, Texas, Raul dedicated more than 40 years to his work as a house painter, taking pride in painting both the exteriors and interiors of homes.

Raul was a devoted football fan who proudly followed the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons. He also enjoyed NASCAR, spending time with friends, and playing a game of washers. He will be remembered for the time he shared with the people he loved and the friendships he made throughout his life.

Preceded by his parents, Raul and Anna Padilla; sisters, Mary Ann Padilla, and Rosalinda Girley

Raul is survived by his children, Anthony Padilla (Ashley) and Stacy Goodwin; his grandchildren, Tylar Padilla, Addisyn Padilla, Azayzel Barnes, Keylen Goodwin, and Trayven Goodwin; and his sisters, Susan Padilla, Olga Ortiz (Rick), Alicia Padilla, and Blanca Lambert (Terry).

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life for Raul Padilla, Jr. will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home.

Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Raul’s life, share memories, and honor the time they had with him.
