Michael Glenn Shepherd

Michael Glenn Shepherd, of Oxford, passed away Friday, October 4, 2024, at the age of 71. Mr. Shepherd was a Christian man who loved God. He was a loving husband and father who loved his family dearly. Mr. Shepherd enjoyed tinkering, woodworking, bike riding, and computers. He also enjoyed the arts, history, and visiting museums. In his younger years, he was an amateur stock car racer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raleigh and Betty Shepherd; sister, Brenda Soto, and brother, Bertis Shepherd.

Survivors include his loving wife, Patricia Shepherd; children, Kathryn Johnson (Jeremy), Sara Parker (Matthew), Michael Shepherd (Martie); grandchildren, Abigail Parker, Emily Parker, Shepherd Johnson, Allison Parker; siblings, Roger Shepherd, Ed Shepherd (Marsha), Glenna Salas (Robaldo), Otis Shepherd (Sandy), James Shepherd; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
