Wayne Kenny

Michael Wayne Kenny, of Loganville, passed away Friday, February 20, 2026, at the age of 51. Mr. Kenny passed away leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and a love for the outdoors. He found his greatest joy outside, whether spending peaceful days at the lake, camping under the stars, or firing up the grill to cook for family and friends. He was the owner and operator of Wayne's Towing . He had a special talent for working on cars and could often be found tinkering in the garage, always ready to lend a helping hand. Known for his generous heart, Mr. Kenny would do anything for anyone. He truly never met a stranger—only friends he hadn’t yet gotten to know. His warmth, easy smile, and willingness to help others will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Kenny; Uncle, Tony Waits; Aunt, Sandra Roseberry.

Survivors include his daughter, Emily Brianne Kenny; sons, Michael Aiden Kenny, Anthony "Tony" John Wayne Kenny; grandchildren, Jackson Chase Loggins, Rose Mae David; father, Michael Gerald Kenny; sisters, Tasha Leigh Kenny, Ashley Bozeman; brother, Shane Bozeman aunts; Didi Blalock, Tammy Waits, Michelle Waits, Sharon Thomas (John), Judy Waits (Jimmy); uncle, Greg Kenny (Joy); neices, Isabelle Christian, Jasmine Christian, Georgia Christian; nephews, Cameron Bozeman, Hunter Brooks, Ryleigh Brooks, as well as several cousins and other family members.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Kenny will be held Friday, February, 27, 2026, 1:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with interment following in Lawnood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home Thursday, February 26, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., and again on Friday, one hour prior to his service from 12:00 - 1:00 P.M.
