Matthew Rowe Breedlove

Matthew Rowe Breedlove, of Covington, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023, at the age of 49. Matt was a graduate of Shamrock High School class of 1993. He liked RC Cars, loved his Dodge Challenger, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Matt was a hard worker and liked to work on things and build things. He will be remembered as a kind, soft-spoken man who was a great friend and brother and loved his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Wayne Breedlove

Survivors include his mother, Bonnie Hillegas; sister, Beth Howell (Bob), brothers, Jr Breedlove (Julie), Marty Breedlove (Sharon); niece, Brittany Breedlove; nephews, Andy Howell, Jared Breedlove; as well as his dog, Waylon.

A Memorial Service for Matt will be held Sunday, September 24, 2023, 4:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home Sunday, one hour prior to his service, from 3:00 – 4:00 P.M.
