Margerite P. ( Dolly ) Hayes, of Covington, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025, at the age of 82. Mrs. Hayes was a loving, spirited woman who filled every room with laughter and warmth. She was preceded in death by her parents, Owen Lamar Parker and Corine George Parker; sons, James Joseph Hayes, Jr., David Wayne Hayes; grandchild, Jesse James Dukes; husbands, James Joseph Hayes, Sr., and David Eugene Blankenship.
