Mabel "Marla" Gaehle

Mabel “Marla” Gaehle, of Covington, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022, at the age of 83. Mrs. Gaehle retired from Epps Aviation at Peachtree Dekalb Airport. She was a Lawrenceville resident from 1988 until 2000 when she made Covington her home. Mrs. Gaehle loved gardening and tending to her Hostas in her spare time. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ada Shelnutt; and father, Chester Turner.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Gaehle; son, Jeff Gaehle; sister, Dolores Beger; niece, Debbie Tallo (Tony); nephew, Mike Beger (Donna); and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Gaehle will be interred at Sunset Memorial Park, 10180 Gravois Road, in Affton, Missouri.
