Donna Lavada Henderson, age 88, passed away on April 3, 2026. She was born on

January 7, 1938, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dwayne and Bobbie Lowe and

Dean and Brenda Lowe; her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Deborah

Harper; her sister and brother-in-law, Lou and Jimmy Douglass; her sister, Eileen

Homard; her grandchildren, Megan Lowe, Raelan Lowe, Ashley Lowe and

Jonathan Lowe; her great-grandchild, Evelyn Lowe; and many nieces, nephews,

great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Hassie Harper; her mother,

Mary Jo Baker Hopkins; her sisters, Elsie Stafford-Thompson and Cheryl White;

brother, Stephen Harper; her daughter, Donna Lowe; and her granddaughter,

Madison Lowe.

Lavada was a sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt who was loved by her family and will

long be remembered by those who knew her.

Pallbearers are Dean Lowe, Dwayne Lowe, Steven Blundell, Eddie Stafford, Tony New, and Caleb Clack.

Junior Pallbearers are Abel Atkins, Wyatt Atkins and Hudson Beuscher.

A service to honor Ms. Henderson's life will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at The Church Covington (11975 GA-142 Oxford, GA 30054). Friends are invited the visit with the family at The Church Covington two hours prior to the service, from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M.. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Memorial Gardens (4355 GA-92, Acworth, GA 30102).
