Kimberly Loveless Whaley

Kimberly Loveless Whaley, of Loganville, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the age of 62. Kimberly was a warm and dedicated soul whose kindness touched everyone she met. In her free time, she loved spending quiet, meaningful moments with her spouse of 18 years—often watching college football together or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

A devoted employee at CVS, Kimberly took great pride in caring for the patients who came through the drive-thru for their prescriptions. Her compassion extended far beyond her work; she deeply believed in helping those less fortunate and sought every opportunity to make a positive impact.

Kimberly also held a strong emotional engagement with politics, driven by her hope for meaningful social change and a better future for all. Her generous spirit, passion for others, and unwavering dedication will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lorraine Loveless; father, Michael Loveless; and son, Thomas C. Shaffer.

Survivors include her loving partner and spouse, Owen (Renita) Whaley; grandson, Liam Shaffer; sisters-in-law, Leisa Allen (Ben), Joan Massey Dollar, Jean Wilkerson; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Kimberly will be held Monday, November 24, 2025, 3:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. Friends are invited to visit with the family, at the funeral home prior to her service, from 2:30 - 3:00 P.M.
