Kenneth Jones, of Covington, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020, at the age of 63. Kenneth was a true patriot who, with honor and integrity, served for over 20 years in the United States Navy as Petty Officer 1st Class, interior communication electrician. In addition to his love of country, Kenneth was a musical enthusiast skilled in playing guitar and trombone. He lent his talents on the trombone to The Sons of Jubal as well as his local community orchestra. Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn (Long) Jones.
Kenneth’s absence will be deeply felt by his father, Reed Jones; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Grace Jones, Steve and Debbie Jones, Allen Jones; in addition to several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
