Karen Jenkins

Karen Jenkins, of Oxford, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021, at the age of 77. Mrs. Jenkins was generous to a fault, loving and kind. She had a fabulous sense of humor and enjoyed being outside, hunting, fishing, and in her earlier years playing softball. Mrs. Jenkins will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Logan Daves, Jr.; second husband, Larry Dean Jenkins; son, Gary Lee Daves; parents, Ray and Mamie Ament; and three older siblings.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Sear (Douglas Rushton); sons, Bill Daves, Donald Ray Daves; grandchildren, Alex Howard, Logan Sear, Kyla Rushton, Cody Rushton; great-grandchildren, Abigail Sear, Wade Rushton; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Jenkins will be held at a later date.
