Jonatan Ramirez passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the age of 27, due to complications from pneumonia. Though his time with us was far too short, Jonatan left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jonatan served his country with honor, courage, and commitment. Beyond his service, he will be remembered most for the joy and light he brought into every room. His positive spirit and infectious smile uplifted those around him, and his deep love for family and friends was the heart of who he was.
Jonatan had a special appreciation for life’s simple pleasures — whether getting lost in the world of Harry Potter, spending time by the ocean, or enjoying laughter-filled moments with loved ones. His presence was a gift, and his memory will continue to inspire warmth, strength, and kindness. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.
He is proceeded in death by his sister, Cristina Ramirez. He is survived by his husband, Bradley Haines; his mother, Guadalupe Puga; father, Juan Ramirez; step-father Javier Salaices; Siblings, Juan P. Ramirez, Eddie Heriberto Ramirez, Ana Ramirez, and Laila Ramirez.
A funeral service for Jonatan will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025, 1:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, GA and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home Saturday, prior to his service, from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
Jonatan Ramírez falleció el viernes 15 de agosto de 2025, a la edad de 27 años, debido a complicaciones de neumonía. Aunque su tiempo con nosotros fue demasiado breve, Jonatan dejó una huella imborrable en todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.
Un orgulloso veterano del Cuerpo de Marines de los EE. UU., Jonatan sirvió a su país con honor, valentía y compromiso. El funeral de Jonatan se llevará a cabo el sábado 23 de agosto de 2025 a la 1:00 p. m. en la Capilla de Caldwell & Cowan, ubicada en 1215 Access Road, Covington, Georgia, y el entierro posterior se realizará en Lawnwood Memorial Park. Se invita a los amigos a visitar a la familia en la funeraria el sábado, antes del servicio, de 10:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.
