Newborn
John Wesley Davis, of Newborn, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, at the age of 47. Mr. Davis was a very generous man that would give you the shirt off his back if he could. He would light up any room like a candle. Mr. Davis was very fun loving and enjoyed cutting up. He was an amazing friend to everyone and a wonderful husband and father. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his father, James Dozier Davis, Jr; and sisters, Vickie Hancock, Patricia Mayfield.
He is survived by his wife, Leah Davis; daughters, Emily Davis, Jessica Davis, Johnna Davis, Samantha Davis; son, John “Butterbean” Davis, Jr.; mother, Shirley Claudine Davis; sister, Kaye Ghorley; and brothers, Kevin Davis, Joseph Davis.
