Oxford

John Victor Brown, of Oxford, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the age of 74. Mr. Brown lived life with purpose, passion, and presence. A man who loved his family deeply, he found joy in serving God and lifting others with his bold spirit and quick wit. Gardening, birdwatching, cooking, and grilling were among his favorite pastimes, often shared with laughter and stories that filled every room he entered. A true Braves fan, a loyal Chase Elliott supporter, and a lover of baseball and NASCAR, he never missed a chance to cheer on his teams.
