Jill Linka

Jill Linka, of Conyers, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones, at the age of 74. Ms. Linka was a hardworking and caring mother. She was dedicated and helped those around her. Ms. Linka always made everything around her better and was the anchor of her family. She loved her family dearly, and her dogs, Jojo and Chili. Ms. Linka was preceded in death by her mother, Marguerite Britt; father, Jack West; and son-in-law, Matt McElligott.

Survivors include her children, Lauren Jill McElligott, Shan Thomas Elmore, Matthew Zoltan Linka; Grandchildren, Logan McElligott, Dustin Elmore, Cohen McElligott, Murphy McElligott, Sawyer Elmore; sister, Sue Wall (Ed), Brother, Mitch West (Leeann); several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Ms. Linka will be held Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M., at Fairfield Inn and Suits, 7850 Stonecrest Square, in Lithonia.
