Helen Ricks (Aunt Helee): A life wrapped in sunshine!
Aunt Helen, a woman whose sweetness seemed woven into the very fabric of her being, passed away peacefully on January 5th at the age of 79. She was beloved and leaves a void in our lives that will forever echo with the warmth of her laughter and the gentle touch of her kindness.
Born in Palatka, Florida in 1944, Helen's life was a tapestry of quiet joys and simple pleasures. Her days were filled with joy, hugs and laughter from family and loved ones. She had a knack for making everyone feel welcome and loved and gave the best hugs of anyone!
Though her physical presence is no longer with us, Helen's memory will forever be a beacon of light, guiding us with the gentle reminder to be kind, to love fiercely, and to find joy in the simple things. She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love and a profound appreciation for the sweetness that life can offer, even in the face of loss.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Helen's life at a graveside memorial service on January 13th at 11:00 AM at Lawnwood Memorial Park Cemetery in Covington (1111 Access Rd, Covington, GA 30014).
