Doris Ann Oliver

Doris Ann Oliver, of Covington, passed away Monday, February 9, 2026, at the age of 71. Mrs. Oliver was a woman of remarkable creativity and skill, known for her ability to fix just about anything. With steady hands and a resourceful spirit, she could turn the broken into something whole again, always ready with a tool, a plan, and a determined smile. Being handy wasn’t just a talent—it was part of who she was.

Above all, Mrs. Oliver treasured her family. She found her greatest joy in her grandchildren, celebrating their milestones, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love. Her warmth, ingenuity, and unwavering devotion will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond Oliver, and Tommy Oliver.

Survivors include her siblings, Larry Oliver, Emily Oliver; daughter, Sharon Sawyer; granddaughters, Leah Sawyer; Kylie Ricks, Elizabeth Ricks; grandson, kameron Ricks; several nieces and nephews, Kelly Oliver, Rene McDonald, Thomas Bennings, Raymond Oliver and Karen Oliver.
