David Vaughn, age 73, passed away on April 10, 2026. He was born on June 25, 1952.

David was a loving husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather who cherished time with his family above all else. He had a passion for gardening, enjoyed reading, and was an avid fan of war movies. A lover of travel, David visited 49 of the 50 states, creating a lifetime of memories along the way.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Mary Vaughn and his brother, Robert Vaughn.

David is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon Vaughn; his children, Cemele Stone (Nate), Michael Vaughn (Tiffany), and Tiffany Vaughn; and his cherished grandchildren, Ben Stone, Emma Stone, Chase Vaughn, Levi Vaughn, Asher Vaughn, Ryleigh Vaughn, Isaac Vaughn, and Ezekiel Vaughn. He is also survived by his brothers, Chuck Vaughn and Jeff Vaughn; his sister, Barbie Vaughn; his sister-in-law, Barbara Vaughn; and his niece, Kim Roellig (Danny).

David will be remembered for his love of family, his adventurous spirit, and the warmth he brought to those around him.
