Beverly Ann Grizzard, of Conyers, passed away Monday, March 30, 2026, at the age of 77. Mrs. Grizzard was a woman whose life was rooted in love, creativity, and quiet joy. She found happiness in simple pleasures—tending to her rose garden, baking delicious treats, and getting lost in a good book. Nothing brought her more laughter than spending time with her family playing with her great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

She was a dedicated and hardworking professional, owning and operating Heavenly Creations bakery, where she shared her passion for baking with her community. She also spent ten years working for an insurance brokerage and was a highly decorated employee for the City of Atlanta, recognized for her commitment and excellence.

She took great joy in traveling, particularly her treasured visits to Helen, and found peace in leisurely days spent by the pool. Her kind spirit, many talents, and the genuine love she shared with others will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Owens, Sr. and Marie Owens; and brother, Robert Owens, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Gerry Grizzard; son, Will Johnson; daughter, Bridget Randels; grandchildren, Rebecca Eldredge (Ethan), Joab Simmons, Abigail Prieskorn (Brett), Amber Watson, Caleb Simmons, Heather Wisner (Bobby), Gabriel Grizzard; great-grandchildren, Oliver Eldredge, Rosealee Wisner, Henry Wisner; as well as her brother, Hugh Owens; and numerous extended and beloved family.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Grizzard will be held Monday, April 6, 2026, 3:00 P.M., at Smyrna Presbyterian Church, 2920 Georgia 212, in Conyers. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the church one hour prior to her service from 2:00 - 3:00 P.M.
