Angela Renee Benton

Angela Renee Benton, of Union Point, passed Sunday, January 26, 2025, at the age of 58. Mrs. Benton was a beloved mother and grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and warmth. She devoted her life to her family, always putting them first and lighting up any room she entered with her bright spirit. Her generosity knew no bounds—she would do anything for anyone in need. She had a deep love for nature, often finding peace in watching sunsets and spending time outdoors, whether at the beach or in the mountains. Mrs. Benton was also an avid animal lover, sharing her heart with countless furry friends over the years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her father, Bud Benton.

Survivors include her Husband, Ricky Lloyd; Mom, Denise " GiGi " Stanford; Children, Matt and Brandi Juhan, Shawn and Taylor Lloyd, Ashleigh and Alan Bragg, Rachael and Kevin Lloyd; Grandchildren, Kami, Carson, Daisy, Mayslee, Saylor, Spencer, Nevaeh, Brayleigh, Brooklynn, Charleigh, Scarlette, Elijah; Brother, Brian and Guerline Benton; Sister, Dana Ledbetter; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Benton will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025, 11:00 A.M., at Covenant Park Church, 1111 Mary Magnan Boulevard, in Madison. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the church, one hour prior to her service, from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
