Wes Hughes Obituary

Wes Hughes of Locust Grove, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019, at the age of 62. A master mechanic and a certified welder, Mr. Hughes owned and operated Hughes Welding. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Odel and Cindy Hughes.

Survivors include his wife of 45 year, Wanda Hughes; daughter, Taylor Hughes; sons and daughters-in-law, Wendell Hughes, John and Brooke Hughes, William Hughes, James and Nicky Hughes; grandchildren, Christian, Cabella, Hannah, Aubry, Bristol, Annabelle, Reece, Alaina, and Ava Kate.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Hughes will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019, 11:00 AM, at Retro Church, 831 Pavilion Court, in McDonough, with Pastor Doug Drucker officiating and Wes' sons providing the music. Friends may visit with the family at the church one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M.
