Wendy McKinley Obituary

Wendy McKinley of Covington, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017, at the age of 52. In addition to being devoted to her family, Mrs. McKinley adored her cats Oscar, Felix, and Myrna. She was also passionate about breeding and showing Bengal cats. Preceding her in death was her father, Harry (Len) Colbert; maternal grandparents, Ide and Sara (Johnston) Holifield; paternal grandparents, James and Clarice (Milligan) Colbert; uncle, Larry Holifield.

Survivors include her husband, David McKinley; son, Vance C. Bevil, two step-children, Caitlin Cales, Scott McKinley; mother, Gloria Holifield Colbert; uncle, Phillip Colbert.

Memorial Services for Mrs. McKinley will be held Sunday, January 29, 2017, 4:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Robert Nash officiating. Friends may visit with her family at the funeral home one hour prior to her service, from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
