Wade Morgan Obituary
Wade C. Morgan of Covington, passed away October 23, 2016, at the age of 60. Mr. Wade worked for 32 years with Atlanta Gas Light, as well as working part-time with his brother at Morgan Painting, for 15 years. He shared his love of guitar with Victory Tabernacle's Praise Band
as a lead guitarist for over 10 years. Mr. Wade was also a member of Victory Community Church. Being an avid sports fan, he enjoyed NASCAR racing, and watching both the Falcons and the Georgia Bulldogs play football. Preceding him in death were his parents, Bryan Edwin and Florence Helen Morgan.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca; son, Brandon Morgan, both of Covington; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Lee Johnston, and Vera Gault, all of Conyers; brother and sister-in-law, Joel and Vicki Morgan; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Morgan will be held Saturday, October 29, 2016, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Douglas Nelms, Pastor Jeff Taylor, and Pastor Keith DeRouen officiating. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home, one hour prior to his service, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
