Pat Cardwell

Pat Cardwell of Covington, passed away August 26, 2018, at the age of 84. A faithful member of Solid Rock Baptist Church, Mrs. Cardwell was a frequent volunteer at Willing Helpers Food Bank and Willing Helpers Medical Clinic, where she was able to use her gift of encouraging others. Mrs. Cardwell also enjoyed crocheting. She loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Irby Cardwell; parents, Roy and Mildred Eubanks; and great-granddaughter, Kristin Beaucher.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Phil Turrentine; grandchildren, Chris and Heather Beaucher, Sean and Sarah Turrentine, Deanna and Ramon Cabassa; great-grandchild, Karson Beaucher.

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Cardwell will be held Thursday, August 30, 2018, 2:00 PM, at Solid Rock Baptist Church, 8111 Brown Bridge Road, Covington, with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Willing Helpers Food Ministry, or Willing Helpers Medical Clinic, 8111 Brown Bridge Road, Covington, GA 30014.
