Norris Davidson Obituary

Norris Fitzgerald Davidson of Covington, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 19,2019 at the age of 45. Norris was born in Litchfield Village, West Coast Berbice, Guyana and moved to Brooklyn, New York in 1985. In 1994, he met his beloved wife, Zaya, of 25 years. Together they raised their two beautiful daughters in Covington, Ga. He was a dedicated employee of Metro Waterproofing Inc. for 20 years. Norris lived life to the fullest. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed socializing with friends, working outdoors, fishing, listening to music, watching westerns and wrestling. Norris had a heart of gold. He made a huge impact on everyone that he met.

Survivors include his wife, Lasaiah (Zaya) Davidson; daughters, Naya Davidson, Najya Davidson; parents, Royston Adams and Vilma Davidson; sisters, Glysis Semple, Shonneel Davidson; brother, Ronald Grant; mother-in-law, Gretchen Davidson; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A Funeral Service for Norris will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019, 3:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, two hours prior to his service, from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M.
