Myron Shields of Conyers, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019, at the age of 96. Mr. Shields was a dedicated member of Rockdale Baptist Church for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 72 years, Catherine Shields.
Survivors include his two daughters; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service for Mr. Shields will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2019, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Ben Reynolds officiating and entombment following at Memory Chapel Mausoleum in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, a half hour prior to his service, from 10:30 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
