Lynn Harmon

Lynn Harmon of Covington, passed away February 28, 2017, at 56 years of age. Lynn enjoyed traveling to the beach, the mountains, shopping with her sister, Rita, and taking afternoon naps. She lived life to the fullest and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Lynn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, including her dogs, Addie and Angel. Preceding her in death were her father, Walker Hammonds and mother, Sylvia (Willard) Rickman.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Jeremy Montgomery of Conyers, Tylisa and Adam Young of Covington; grandchildren, Joshua Williams, Tyler Williams, Miranda Montgomery; ex-husband, Ty Harmon of Lithonia; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rita Hammonds of Covington, Cindy and Greg Speer of Conyers, Amanda and Marlon Pollard of Newborn; as well as three nieces and five nephews.

A Funeral Service for Lynn will be held Friday, March 3, 2017, 2:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Richard Culpepper officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, Thursday, March 2, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
