Lollie Roseberry Obituary

Lollie E. Roseberry, age 91, of Covington, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018. Mrs. Roseberry retired from Mobil Chemical, in Covington, where she worked as an executive secretary. As an active and supportive member of First Baptist Church of Conyers, she was involved in ministry through her Co-Workers Sunday School Class. In earlier years, she served her Lord through the WMU at Porterdale Baptist Church and oftentimes organized prayer chains. Mrs. Roseberry's spiritual gift was hospitality and part of that gift was shared through her abilities as an amazing cook. She prepared many meals for families in need. Her hobbies were flower gardening and sewing. Mrs. Roseberry's family knew her as and will remember her for being a devoted follower of Christ and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Vernon Roseberry; parents, Arthur and Evie Lou (Henson) Johnson.

Mrs. Roseberry is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Mona Roseberry, Tony and Natalie Roseberry; grandchildren, Mark Roseberry, Julie Roseberry, Holly Roseberry, Benjamin Roseberry; as well as several nieces and nephews.
