Lalena Flowers Obituary

Lalena (Lanie) Flowers, of Monroe, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 43 years of age. Lalena demonstrated her artistic ability through canvas painting but used music as her getaway. A feisty and outspoken person, she was known as a hard worker who relaxed doing her yardwork or fishing. Lalena will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt.

Those left to remember her with love include her daughter, Hayden Flowers; son, Keaton Flowers; parents, George Carroll and Rosemary (Few) Hawk; sister and brother-in-law, Elisha and Wes Hunt; as well as nephew, Addison Hunt.

A Funeral Service for Lalena will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019, 2:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Danny Standard officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, Friday, August 23, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
