Throughout her life, Mrs. Sams served both her church and community in many capacities. She was a supportive member of Allen United Memorial Methodist Church, in Oxford, for over 80 years and a member of the Manning Bible Class. She worked for Peoples Drug Store, in Covington, for over 33 years.
