Judy Cerda

Judy Cerda, age 26, of Conyers, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018. Gifted with a caring and compassionate heart, Judy had a deep capacity to love and was capable of always seeing the good in others. Her child-like spirit and willingness to trust endeared her to family and friends. Judy liked looking at the moon and was a fan of the characters, Harry Potter and Pikachu. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Judy was preceded in death by her niece, Abigail Cerda; grandfather, Gabriel Sanchez; and Robert Aguilar.

Survivors include her daughter, Gabriela Zelet Cerda; mother, Gabriela Sanchez; sisters and significant others, Maritza Cerda (twin sister) and Moses Cordeiro, Venessa Cerda and Carlos Maldonado, Rosa Cerda and Jose Sifuentes; brother and sister-in-law, Omar and Belinda Cerda; tata, Eulalio Sandoval; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as adopted aunt, Elena Cox.

A Celebration of Life for Judy will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018, 11:00 A.M., at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 2621 GA-20, in Conyers. A Graveside Service will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, at 3:30 P.M.
