Charlene Haralson

Charlene Haralson of Covington, passed away March 24, 2018, at the age of 77. Mrs. Haralson's willingness to do for others was a testimony to her kind and compassionate nature. She spent her spare time socializing with family or tooling around in the garden. Mrs. Haralson was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, B.J. "Bob" Haralson; parents, Willie Tucker and Aeria Opalee (Corken) Green.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Nick and Mary Ann Haralson, James "Jimmy" Haralson; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Phil Norton of Conyers; grandchildren and their spouses, Allen and Brittany Norton, Kristy Cicero, Bobby and Anna Norton, Amber Allen, Dusty Haralson, Michelle Haralson; great-grandchildren, Macie, Mason, Lucy, Abbie, Charlie, Brantlee, Olivia; as well as sister and brother-in-law, Tonya and Rannie Field.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Haralson will be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018, 2 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Tanner Cline officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may join the family for visitation, two hours prior to her service, from 12 Noon - 2 PM.
