Ann Ammons

Ann Ammons, of Social Circle, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Saturday, August 10, 2019, at the age 55. Ann enjoyed spending time with loved ones, and her grandchildren were the center of her world. She was their biggest cheerleader and proudest supporter any time they played sports or participated in school activities. Blessed with a family who cared for her unconditionally, Ann will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, William (Bill) Pooser; and brother, Billy Pooser.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Bobby Jacques; grandchildren, Jackson Mahaffey, Madyson Mahaffey, Summer Jacques; mother and step-father, Carol and Bobby Farmer; sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Steve Bishop; nephew, Stephen Bishop; as well as her dear friend, Dee Spinks.

A Funeral Service for Ann will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Matt Murphy officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park, in Covington. Friends may visit with her family at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.
