Alex Toro Obituary

Alex Toro of Oxford, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019, at the age of 60. Mr. Toro grew up in New York before moving to Atlanta in 1983. He enjoyed taking on projects whether it was working on cars or putting things together. In Addition, Mr. Toro was a "foodie", liked European cars, listening to classic rock music and enjoyed teaching his sons how to body surf at the beach. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo and Sonia Toro; brother, Rodrigo Toro.

Survivors include his sons, Justin Toro, Evan Toro; Daughter-in-law, Janet Toro; grandchild, Miles Toro, and mother of his children, Elaine Nolley.

A Visitation for Mr. Toro will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2019, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington.
