Tommy Payne

Tommy Payne of Riverdale, passed away October 23, 2017, at 66 years of age. A proud veteran of the United States Army, Tommy was employed by U.S. Security Associates, where he worked as a security officer. He was a music enthusiast and avid reader. In addition to his witty sense of humor and calm demeanor, Tommy will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Thomas, Sr., and Sarah Payne.

Survivors include his loving wife, Janice L. Payne; daughters, Tabitha Payne, Jeanette Musselwhite, Rella German; sons, Steve Payne, Will German; as well as several grandchildren.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Payne will be held Saturday, October 28, 2017, 11:00 AM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Mike Hardy officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home, one hour prior to his service, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
