Tina Hudgins

Tina Hudgins, of Porterdale, passed away September 20, 2014, at the age of 52. Tina was preceded in death by her father, Charles C. Wise; brothers, Kenny Wise and Gregory Alan Hudgins. She loved her family, all animals, and had a very tender heart for her cats. She enjoyed her job, and never met a stranger. Tina was a very strong-hearted person who never gave up. She was a good cook and made wonderful fried green tomatoes. She also loved to travel, especially to Panama City. Tina will be remembered as a very free spirit who lived life to the fullest.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Ladonna Smith and grandson, Caleb Smith, all of Covington; mother, Sandra Wise of Porterdale; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Lee Yi of Porterdale; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Love Wise, of Covington; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Tina will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2014, 1:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, with Rev. Dickie Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Covington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Floyd Street location Monday, September 22, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
