Chase Jeffrey Smith

Baby Boy Chase Jeffrey Smith, just 7 weeks old, passed away April 1, 2014. Baby Chase had the prettiest smile, and was loved dearly in his short time on earth. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Pat Ward; great-grandfather, James Carter; and great-grandfather, J.C. Smith.

Survivors include his mommy and daddy, Brandy and David Smith of Oxford; grandparents, Jeff and Elaine Duncan of Conyers, Tommy and Carolyn Smith of Oxford; great-grandmothers, Dorothy Mae Smith of Oxford, Clara Carter of Social Circle; aunts and uncles, Stephanie and Paul Willis of Opelika AL, Tommy Smith, Jr., of Oxford, Josh Duncan, Michael Duncan, both of Conyers; several cousins and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 4, 2014, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, with Pastor Robert Williams officiating, and interment following in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery, in Oxford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, April 3, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
