Anthony Grizzard Obituary
Anthony Keith (Tony) Grizzard, age 34, of Conyers, passed away February 1, 2017. Tony was a 2009 graduate of American Intercontinental University where he obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science Information Technology. He was a dedicated and admired employee of Acuity Brands, in Conyers, since 2010. He loved music and especially enjoyed attending heavy metal concerts. Jovial by nature, Tony never met a stranger. Once a friend of his - you were friends for life. Tony's smile brightened up every room he entered. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother, Brenda Lee Cox Grizzard of Conyers; father and step-mother, Richard and Kathy Grizzard of Conyers; maternal grandmother, Mary Pauline Cox of Eatonton; brother, Jesse Ryan Grizzard of Conyers; girlfriend, Sabrina Danehey Dove of Conyers; and his step-sisters, Sara Giglio of New Jersey, Leigha Giglio of Conyers, Samantha Giglio of New Jersey; aunts and uncles, Scott and Bobbie Grizzard, Kris Grizzard Morris, Gina Grizzard (deceased), Terry Lynn Cox, Michael Wayne Cox.
Funeral Services for Tony will be held Monday, February 6, 2017, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Danny Harrell officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, February 5, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
